Our Rustic, Dutch style waffles are made with Club Wheat Pastry Flour from Camas Country Mill. It takes 24 hours for our yeasted and barley malted batter to develop its exquisite flavor. Yum! "Loaded" chicken waffle with Maple butter. The Sriracha aioli was such a nice touch. Delicious and not too greasy considering it's fried chicken on a buttered waffle. Hibiscus tea (with lemonade) was also good as were the delicious dessert Waffles made with a non-sweetened, freshly Whipped cream. Vegetarian options: Tons!
